I recently stayed at Atlantic Aparthotel for my trip to Krakow, and I have mixed feelings. The staff provided really good service and were really helpful, which made my experience much better. The location was perfect for exploring, being close to attractions like Wawel Castle. However, I had some issues with my room, including cleanliness concerns and discomfort due to the temperature.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being a 15-minute walk to the old town center and just a 5-minute stroll to the Jewish quarter.

The dining options were limited, with breakfast being a simple continental one, which was quite disappointing.

I appreciated the free access to the gym and sauna, although I didn't have time to enjoy them during my stay.

During my stay at Atlantic Aparthotel, I appreciated the high cleanliness standards and excellent staff service, making my experience more enjoyable. The location was prime for exploring the city, especially being so close to Wawel Castle. However, I encountered some issues with noisy neighbors during the night and slow WiFi, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and spacious, but the sockets were impractical, with one hidden in the wardrobe and another above the trash bin. Additionally, I found the bathroom nice but with some stains that could use attention.
Service

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, allowing me to store my bags after checkout. Their professionalism stood out, especially in resolving my WiFi issues quickly.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Kazimierz and about ten minutes from the Old Town. It made exploring Krakow so easy.
Dining

While there was no breakfast service on-site, I enjoyed being right in front of a great coffee place that offered delicious cakes and breakfasts. Having the option to prepare drinks in the shared kitchen was also a plus.
Facilities

I liked the free access to the gym and sauna, adding a nice wellness aspect to my stay. However, I did wish for better sound insulation, as noise from the next room was disruptive at times.

I enjoyed my stay at Atlantic Aparthotel, especially the friendly staff and the prime location, which made exploring Krakow easy. However, I did notice issues with the room's cleanliness and sound isolation, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at Atlantic Aparthotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from key attractions, making it super convenient for exploring Krakow. However, I did face some challenges with the cleanliness of my room and service responsiveness during my visit. Overall, I'd consider it again for the value for money and friendly vibe.

Rooms
7.0
The room was quite spacious, but it could get noisy since I faced the courtyard. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, and I had issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Isabella at the reception. However, I found the service to be a bit inconsistent, as I had to ask multiple times for clean drinking water.
Location

The hotel's location was ideal—close to both the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. It made getting around super easy, and I enjoyed the quiet area away from the hustle.
Dining

Dining options were limited since there's no breakfast on-site, but there are some great cafes nearby, which was a nice alternative. I just wish there were toasters in the shared kitchen.

I loved that I had free access to the gym and sauna, which added to my relaxation. The communal kitchen was a cool feature for making coffee and hanging out.

My stay at the Atlantic Aparthotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was simply perfect, right between the Old Town and Kazimierz, making it easy to explore. The staff were really good, always friendly and ready to assist. However, the thin walls did present some issues with noise from neighboring rooms, impacting my overall comfort.

Rooms

My room was a bit basic, lacking a fridge and having only essential furnishings. However, the comfortable mattress made for a restful sleep.
